Return and Refund Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery (based on tracking status) for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also pay the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be in new condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with the protective seal intact.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment card used for purchase.
  • You can expect your refund within 4 weeks after handing the return to the shipper. In many cases, it will be processed faster.
